Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years Supervisory experience in customer service, consumer engagement, pharmacy benefit, healthcare or related operational roles.
• Must reside in one of the approved WAH state locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Consumer Engagement associates to deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for member education, engagement, and mail-order enrollment activities.
• Support members with empathetic, solution-oriented service and informed decisions about pharmacy benefits.
• Coordinate team participation in special projects and campaigns; collaborate with management and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor quality metrics, ensure policy compliance, and drive process improvements.
