Talentoma is seeking a remote Consulting Coordination Specialist to support client engagements from home in Minnesota, United States. You will organize information, timelines, and communications so consultants can focus on business advisory work, while clients clearly understand next steps.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in consulting coordination or related project coordination preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication for client updates and handovers.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, timelines, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review client emails and requests, identify engagement, and prioritize actions.
• Check objectives, background info, deliverables, and target dates; clarify gaps.
• Update CRM with engagement activity and client contact details.
• Maintain engagement task lists in a project tool, tracking owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate client discussions using scheduling tools and confirm purpose and prep needs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, organize reference materials, and document decisions.
• Move client inputs and draft deliverables between consultants and project managers.
• Follow up on outstanding inputs and escalate deadlines to management.
• Send progress updates to client contacts and confirm next steps.
• Confirm completion with engagement owner and organize handover notes for reliability.
