Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Executive for Construction Technology to own a territory, build opportunities, and grow across a broad portfolio including Tool Connect Asset Management software.

You will prospect, demo software, present a solid business case to executives, and navigate complex organizations. This role requires travel up to 50% and strongly prefers Texas-based candidates, with remote/field work in Towson, MD and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a complete sales cycle.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Technically savvy with the ability to learn software quickly.
• Experience conducting software demonstrations remotely and in person.
• CRM, opportunity management, forecasting, and data hygiene experience.

Responsibilities

• Build & Grow the Business through outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
• Lead discovery conversations and tailor presentations for various stakeholders.
• Build business cases around productivity and asset visibility.
• Own the sales process from prospecting to expansion.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline with accurate stages and next steps.
