Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Executive for Construction Technology to build a remote Texas-based territory. You will prospect, demonstrate Tool Connect Asset Management, and progress deals from discovery to expansion, while aligning with field and executive stakeholders.

You will drive enterprise and mid-market growth, navigate complex organizations, and partner across Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops to maximize revenue and customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing a complete sales cycle.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Technically savvy with the ability to learn software quickly.
• Experience conducting software or technical demonstrations remotely and in person.
• CRM discipline with accurate pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a book of business through outbound prospecting and field engagement.
• Develop new opportunities beyond inbound leads and penetrate enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Build relationships from users to executives and maintain pipeline coverage.
• Lead discovery conversations and tailor business cases for stakeholders.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting to expansion with disciplined follow-through.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals.
