We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various construction projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and goals.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
