Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines and budgets are met
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
  • Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
  • Oversee the hiring and management of project staff, including contractors and subcontractors
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • PMP certification is an asset
