Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong planning, budgeting and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to meet requirements.
• Monitor progress and adjust to meet timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits for quality control and safety standards.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
• Manage project documentation and permits approvals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Oversee hiring and management of project staff including contractors.
• Foster a collaborative work environment to boost productivity.
