Job summary

Dayton Roger's Contract is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential construction projects from initiation to closeout. You will plan timelines, manage budgets, coordinate on-site activities, and communicate with clients and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in construction project management with proven multi-project oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to meet requirements.
• Oversee on-site scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare project updates for senior management.
• Identify and resolve project issues or conflicts promptly.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Conduct evaluations and implement improvements as needed.
