Job summary

Dayton Roger's is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects remotely. You will coordinate planning, execution, and tracking, collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and risk management, with a focus on safety and quality across multiple concurrent projects. A Bachelor's in a related field is required; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among project team members
