You will lead project management, budgeting, safety compliance, and team development while aligning with the executive team to boost efficiency and profitability.

This remote role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on problem-solving to deliver quality work for commercial and residential projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices; proficient with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of company operations, including project management, budgeting, and team leadership.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Collaborate with executives to set goals and objectives for the company.
• Monitor financial reports to ensure goals are met and budgets are controlled.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
