Dayton Roger's is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate project teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for residential and commercial construction projects. You will build client and vendor relationships and drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business or related field, 5+ years in operations management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with budgeting, finance, and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all daily operations of the company
