Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the company, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the project.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of project managers, supervisors, and other staff members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Identify and address issues that arise during projects.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress to senior management.
