Job summary

Onboard by Conservice is seeking a Project Manager to own bulk internet service implementations from contract to PMS integration, ensuring on-time go-lives and a smooth handoff to Account Management. You will coordinate with internal teams and external ISP partners, maintaining scope and delivering outcomes.

You will lead with data-driven oversight, drive process improvements, and maintain strong client communications. Remote-friendly role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, customer success, or professional services.
• Experience in telecommunications, property management, or PropTech.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume, concurrent projects without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to speak with authority, negotiate skillfully, push back tactfully against demanding client requests, and manage conflict calmly.
• Proficiency with project workflows, Salesforce CRM, AI workflow automation, and data analysis using spreadsheets (Excel/CSV charge reconciliation).
• Exceptional organizational and professional communication skills.
• Personal attributes: Highly motivated, proactive, driven, results-oriented, agile, empathic, and curious.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Bulk Internet Contracts or PMS such as Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or Entrata.
• Travel: Infrequent domestic travel (5-10%).

Responsibilities

• Own multiple concurrent property implementations from contract execution to PMS integration, resident communications, go-live, and handoff.
• Drive internal and external stakeholders to compress contract-to-go-live cycles, focusing on predictable go-live dates.
• Own backend administrative tasks, auditing output, verifying completion, and ensuring project quality.
• Serve as authoritative internet connectivity advisor for property leadership and manage scope boundaries.
• Partner with Sales/Solution Consulting, Internet Provider Relations, Resident Marketing, and Account Management.
• Ensure 100% data integrity between account records, contracts, Salesforce, and internal systems.
• Meet or exceed KPIs: Time-to-Launch, Go-Live reliability, Post-Go-Live handoff speed, CSAT, and SLAs.
• Travel: Infrequent domestic travel for team offsites or client engagements if needed.
