Job summary

Fisher Phillips, a leading international labor and employment law firm, is expanding our intake team and seeking a New Business Intake (NBI) Conflicts Analyst to support our operations across multiple time zones. The role emphasizes analyzing conflicts results, managing intake requests, and ensuring rapid, accurate matter opening within Intapp.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a law firm environment with conflicts experience and proficiency with Intapp, iManage and Aderant, plus strong

Qualifications

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Demonstrated ability to independently plan and coordinate work to bring projects to completion.
Ability to communicate with attorneys and firm personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities

Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results.
Manage intake requests from attorneys, Accounting, and others, and provide accurate responses.
Perform conflict searches to facilitate processing of change requests.
Assist the department manager with lateral conflicts check process.
Review new matter requests for accuracy and adherence to firm policy and procedures.
Ensure timely processing of new matter intake forms within Intapp.
Communicate with lawyers and legal assistants about matter-opening procedures.
Assist in firm technology projects involving new business intake.
