Fisher Phillips is expanding its intake team and seeks a New Business Intake (NBI) Conflicts Analyst. This fully remote role supports East and West Coast time zones, focusing on launching new client matters, streamlining workflows, and ensuring high-quality service across all time zones.

The role requires 3+ years in a law firm with new business and conflicts experience, and proficiency with Intapp, iManage, and Aderant. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm experience in new business and conflicts.
• Experience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts results and provide contextual analysis.
• Manage intake requests from attorneys and others with timely responses.
• Perform conflict searches to facilitate matter processing.
• Support lateral conflicts checks and new client/matter reviews.
• Review new matter requests for accuracy and adherence to firm policy and procedures.
• Ensure timely processing of new matter intake forms in Intapp.
• Communicate with attorneys and legal assistants on matter-opening procedures.
• Assist in firm technology projects involving new business intake.
• Other duties as assigned.
