Fisher Phillips, a leading international labor and employment law firm, seeks a talented New Business Intake (NBI) Conflicts Analyst to support our East and West Coast time zones. You will launch new client matters, streamline workflows, and ensure high-quality service across the firm.

You will analyze conflicts, manage intake from attorneys and staff, and perform searches to enable timely matter openings. The role requires 3+ years in a law firm with NBI/conflicts experience and proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a law firm environment with new business intake and conflicts experience.
• Experience using Intapp, iManage and Aderant in a professional setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results.
• Manage intake requests from attorneys and other departments with accurate, timely responses.
• Perform conflict searches to facilitate processing of change requests.
• Assist the department manager with lateral conflicts checks.
