Fisher Phillips, a leading international labor and employment law firm, seeks a New Business Intake (NBI) Conflicts Analyst to support operations across multiple time zones. The role focuses on launching new client matters, streamlining workflows, and ensuring high-quality client service from its intake team.

The position requires 3+ years in a law firm with conflicts and new business experience, proficiency with Intapp, iManage, and Aderant, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results.
• Manage intake requests from attorneys and others, and provide accurate, timely responses.
• Perform conflict searches to facilitate new client matters and change requests.
• Review new matter requests for accuracy and adherence to firm policy.
• Ensure timely processing of new matter intake forms within Intapp.
• Communicate with lawyers and staff regarding matter-opening procedures.
• Assist in firm technology projects related to new business intake.
