Job summary

Fisher Phillips, a leading international labor and employment law firm, is expanding our intake team and seeking a New Business Intake (NBI) Conflicts Analyst to support our operations across time zones. You will power our national operations by providing thorough conflicts analysis, managing intake requests, and performing conflict searches to ensure timely matter-opening and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a law firm environment with new business and conflicts experience.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and coordinate work with others to bring projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results
• Manage intake of requests from attorneys, Accounting, and others, and provide accurate and timely responses
• Perform conflict searches to facilitate processing of change requests
• Assist department manager with lateral conflicts check process
• Perform conflict searches for new clients and new matters including reviewing and analyzing results
• Review new matter requests for accuracy and adherence to firm policy and procedures
• Ensure timely processing of new matter intake forms within Intapp
• Communicate with lawyers and legal administrative assistants and answer questions regarding matter-opening procedures
• Assist in firm technology projects involving new business intake
• Other duties as assigned
