Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules for Design Consultants.
• Handle inbound and outbound confirmation calls.
• Confirm and verify required criteria for in-home sales appointments (homeownership, project scope, decision-maker availability).
• Reinforce appointment expectations and value with homeowners.
• Improve customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Reduce cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows.
• Document all appointment updates and notes in the CRM.
• Communicate schedule changes to sales leadership.
