Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts seeks a Confirmations Specialist to verify in-home sales appointments and qualify leads while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role helps ensure Design Consultants receive fully qualified appointments and supports reducing cancellations and no-shows.

You will manage schedules, handle calls, and confirm criteria like ownership, project scope, and decision-maker availability. Join a fast-paced team focused on accuracy and homeowners’ value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in confirmations, call center, or sales-related roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Document all appointment updates and notes accurately in the CRM
• Communicate schedule changes or concerns to sales leadership

Job description

At Bath & Cabinet Experts, our Confirmations Specialists are responsible for confirming and qualifying in-home sales appointments while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role ensures Design Consultants are issued fully qualified appointments and plays a direct role in reducing cancellations and no-shows.
