Bath & Cabinet Experts seeks a remote Call Center Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. You will engage with prospective clients over the phone to set appointments, educate them on our products, and drive inbound/outbound activity during EST hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center experience
• Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred
• Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients with the goal of setting appointments for the sales team
• Communicate the value of company products and services to educate prospective clients
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and meet performance goals of converting calls to appointments
• Log activity and information in CRM
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience for prospective clients and customers
