Bath & Cabinet Experts seeks a Confirmations Specialist to verify in-home sales appointments and qualify leads while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role helps ensure Design Consultants receive fully qualified appointments and supports reducing cancellations and no-shows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in confirmations, call center, or sales-related roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules for Design Consultants
• Handle inbound and outbound confirmation calls
• Confirm and verify required criteria for in-home sales appointments, including: Homeownership, Project interest and scope, Decision-maker availability
• Reinforce appointment expectations and value with homeowners
• Improve customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication
• Reduce cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows
• Document all appointment updates and notes accurately in the CRM
• Communicate schedule changes or concerns to sales leadership
