Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CRM a plus
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Goal-driven and able to meet targets

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
• Communicate the value of products and services to educate prospects
• Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls and convert to appointments
• Confirm and log client information accurately in CRM
• Maintain positive customer experiences with Bath & Cabinet Experts
