MAPEI Corporation is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth in the construction chemicals sector. You will conduct hands-on demonstrations, deliver persuasive presentations, and build strong relationships with buyers across the territory.

Travel within the region and to industry events is required to showcase MAPEI's solutions. The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 per year plus an incentive plan ranging from $10,000 to $40,000, with additional benefits including auto

Qualifications

• External sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC use, including Microsoft Office.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key purchasing decision-makers.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
• Gather market intelligence and offer insights for product strategy.
• Represent the Company at industry trade shows and customer meetings.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to safety standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
