Job summary

MAPEI Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth, showcase product value through demonstrations, and build relationships with key decision-makers across the United States.

The role emphasizes selling adhesives, sealants, and other building materials, with a focus on hands-on presentations and samples. The position offers a competitive base salary of $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus a monthly incentive plan and uncapped earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• External sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC use, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key purchasing decision-makers.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
