Essity is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist - Compression to drive growth of JOBST® compression products across DME/HME facilities and clinics. The role is remote, covering Michigan and Ohio, with frequent travel.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of medical sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. With Essity, you’ll join a global health and hygiene leader committed to well-being.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of sales experience; medical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• CRM experience.
• Strong work ethic and time/territory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives.
• Understand customer dynamics and key issues to drive revenue growth.
• Increase overall sales volume by executing sales plans and marketing programs.
• Collaborate on training programs for disease treatment therapies.
• Conduct trainings and presentations for key customers.
• Attend trade shows and industry events.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast for territory.
• Prepare timely reports and coordinate with internal teams.
