Job summary

Essity AB is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist - Compression to market JOBST® compression products across DME/HME facilities and clinics in Michigan and Ohio. This remote role requires strong prospecting, CRM usage, and travel up to 50% to grow sales and customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree and 2–3 years of medical sales experience, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and a proven ability to plan territory resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Four-year college or university degree is preferred.
• Two to three years of sales experience, medical preferred, with prospecting, cold-calling and closing new business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to plan and organize time, schedules, and effective use of company resources.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or customer contact database applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives.
• Increase overall sales volume by attaining or exceeding sales objectives.
• Collaborate on training and education programs for Essity therapies and products.
• Attend territory trade shows and provide product training to key customers.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM activity for the territory.
