Qualifications

• Professional experience in public safety technology space.
• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions; Forms.io preferred.
• Experience with scripting and configuration languages like JavaScript and JSON.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure reporting forms that meet state-specific requirements for new markets.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to capture reporting needs.
• Develop configurable forms and workflows that minimize customizations while meeting diverse needs.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance issues with customers and identify improvements for the product.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a new compliance team.
• Write and maintain scripts to support form configuration and automation; improve internal docs and tooling.
