Job summary

Mark43 is hiring a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join a brand-new team focused on building configurable reports for expansion into new markets. This remote role supports customers and jurisdictions with state-specific compliance reporting.

The candidate will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate needs into scalable solutions, develop forms and workflows, and improve tooling and documentation for compliance reporting at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in public safety technology.
• Experience building or configuring forms/workflows.
• Experience with scripting/config technologies like JavaScript/JSON.
• Strong problem-solving and translating requirements into solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure reporting forms for state-specific requirements.
• Translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers.
• Help establish engineering standards for a new team.
