Mark43 is a remote-friendly company serving public safety agencies across the United States. We are building a dedicated Compliance & Reporting team to deliver configurable reports, enabling expansion into new jurisdictions and ensuring state and agency-specific reporting requirements are met.

This role focuses on solving customer problems, building scalable reporting processes from the ground up, and collaborating closely with customer-facing teams to deliver practical, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in public safety technology.
• Ability to translate customer reporting needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure reports meeting state-specific compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to capture reporting needs.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to minimize customizations.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance issues with customers and identify product improvements.
• Help establish standards and best practices for a new compliance team.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript and JSON to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal docs and tooling for scalable compliance reporting.
