Mark43 is hiring a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to help build a brand new team responsible for configurable reports that enable expansion into new markets and jurisdictions. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in public safety technology and building reporting solutions.
• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions (Forms.io preferred).
• Experience with scripting/configuration languages like JavaScript and JSON.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure reporting forms satisfying state-specific compliance requirements.
• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and workflows to reduce customization while meeting varied requirements.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a new team.
• Wrote and maintained scripts to support form configuration and automation.
