Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join its Compliance & Reporting customer team in the United States. You will build configurable reports to support expansion into new markets and ensure the platform meets state and agency reporting requirements.

You will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions, develop configurable forms and workflows, and help establish standards

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting/configuration languages such as JavaScript or JSON.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaboration across Engineering, Product, Customer Success and other teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting varied requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers.
• Help establish engineering standards and processes for a new team driving growth.
• Write and maintain scripts for form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling for easier compliance reporting.
