Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to help build a brand-new team responsible for configurable reports enabling expansion into new markets and jurisdictions. The role focuses on meeting state and agency-specific reporting requirements while supporting deployments.

You will work across teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, write scripts, and improve processes to ensure compliance and reliable reporting across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success and Engineering to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to minimize customizations.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers.
• Help establish engineering standards for a brand-new team supporting growth.
• Write and maintain scripts to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling for easier compliance reporting.
