Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our new, remote-ready Compliance & Reporting team. You will build configurable reports that help our platform meet state and agency-specific requirements, enabling growth into new markets and customers.

You will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable forms and workflows, write scripts in JavaScript and JSON, and improve tooling and documentation for easier

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience working with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows that reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers and identify improvement opportunities.
• Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a growing team.
• Wrote and maintained scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling for easier compliance reporting.
