Job summary

Mark43 is hiring a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join a brand-new team focused on building configurable reports for expansion into new markets and jurisdictions. You will help shape scalable reporting solutions that meet state and agency requirements while working with customer-facing and cross-functional teams.

You will write and maintain scripts using JavaScript and JSON, improve tooling, and help define standards for ongoing growth across Mark43's compliance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Proven collaboration across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other teams.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Build configurable reports and forms to satisfy jurisdictional compliance.
• Partner with Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows that reduce customization.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and improve the product.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a new team.
