Job summary

Mark43 seeks a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join a brand-new team building configurable reports for expanding into new markets and jurisdictions. You will work with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate client needs into scalable, compliant reporting solutions across diverse state requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience working with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows reducing customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand new team.
• Write and maintain scripts to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling for easier compliance reporting.
