Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. This role helps build a brand new function focused on configurable reports that enable expansion into new markets and ensure state and agency-specific compliance for our platform.

You will partner with CS, Solutions Eng, Product, and Eng to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, develop forms and workflows, write scripts in JavaScript and JSON, and establish engineering standards to

Qualifications

Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
Experience with scripting and configuration technologies (JavaScript/JSON).
Strong problem-solving and ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Experience collaborating across Engineering, Product, CS and other teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers.

Responsibilities

Partner with CS, Solutions Eng, Product, and Eng to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting needs.
Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers and improve the product.
Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a new team supporting growth.
Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON and related tech for form config.
Improve internal docs and tooling to simplify compliance reporting at scale.
