Auto Approve, LLC is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support call monitoring, audits, and responses to customer feedback, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines. The role collaborates with management to strengthen controls and drive compliant processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in audits, strong communication, and a background in finance or auto finance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience performing telephone audits.
• 2+ years in office environment with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in risk management, quality assurance, or compliance (preferred).
• Experience in researching and responding to consumer complaints (preferred).
• Knowledge of or experience in finance or auto finance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform call monitoring and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Research and draft responses to customer feedback or complaints.
• Audit internal processes and identify risk areas and opportunities to mitigate risk.
• Document audit results and communicate findings clearly.
• Assist in policy and procedure development to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support special projects and remediation efforts of audit findings.
