Job summary

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers flexibility to buy now and pay later. The Compliance Analyst II role supports centralized programs, training, and governance to enable scalable compliance across jurisdictions.

Develop and maintain training translating complex regulatory requirements, track completions, coordinate enrollments, and prepare audit-ready documentation while partnering with Legal and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Audit, Controls, or related governance programs.
• Experience developing and maintaining compliance, risk, policy, or operational training.
• Strong writing and editing skills to translate regulatory requirements into learning content.
• Ability to manage documentation and version control across materials.
• Excellent collaboration across teams in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles or multi-jurisdiction training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance training translating regulatory requirements into clear learning experiences.
• Support governance programs by contributing to risk assessments and regulatory change management.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to keep training content accurate and documented.
• Track completions, maintain records, coordinate enrollments, and prepare audit-ready reports.
• Maintain organized documentation, version control, and evidence per governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve training materials and processes for efficiency and consistency.
