Job summary

Obra-Capital, Inc. seeks a Compliance and Operations Testing Analyst to perform and communicate testing ensuring adherence to state and federal consumer protection rules and laws in auto-finance.

You will research regulatory requirements, analyze data, and identify root causes of findings while collaborating with Operations and management to resolve issues. The role requires QA/testing experience in auto-finance, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• 3+ years in auto-finance or consumer lending required.
• 1-3 years in QA, QC, or compliance testing required.
• Experience with state and federal consumer protection rules (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UDAAP, SCRA, MVRISA, etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of auto finance indirect lending policies and procedures, call center quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and communicate compliance and operational testing to ensure adherence to laws and business requirements.
• Research regulatory requirements for auto-finance consumer lending and test procedures.
• Identify root causes of findings and communicate results to management.
• Validate that compliance and operational issues are resolved after testing.
