Job summary

Auto Approve is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join its rapidly growing remote team. The role focuses on call monitoring, audits, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, collaborating with the Sr. Compliance Manager and stakeholders to drive compliant processes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of telephone audit experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience performing telephone audits.
• 2+ years in an office environment with MS Office proficiency.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with multiple deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Experience in risk management, quality assurance, or compliance (preferred).
• Knowledge of finance/auto finance industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform audits of internal processes including call monitoring and daily account management.
• Target audits of Auto Approve processes and identify risk areas.
• Research issues from customers and draft written responses.
• Assess risks and internal controls; identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop and amend policy and process documentation for compliance.
• Complete audit work papers and document findings clearly.
• Identify gaps or opportunities for process improvement.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
