Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, administration, quality assurance, risk management, or office support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor company compliance activities and administrative processes.
• Maintain compliance records, policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor deadlines for certifications, licenses, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with internal audits by organizing and preparing required documentation.
• Review company records to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address compliance-related questions and documentation needs.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate tracking records.
• Support the implementation and improvement of compliance programs and internal controls.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and documentation.
• Perform additional administrative and compliance-related duties as assigned.
