What You’ll Do:
The Compliance Specialist position is responsible for performing call monitoring and other audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulatory guidelines. This position also assists with researching and drafting responses to customer feedback or complaints. This position works in conjunction with the Sr. Compliance Manager, Auto Approve Management and internal stakeholders to drive compliant processes across the organization. Responsible for promoting a strong code of ethics and integrity within the company through auditing, documentation of audit findings and the remediation of audit findings. What You’ll Need:
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Physical Requirements : This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
