Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims to oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states in a remote capacity.

You will lead adjusters, review coverage and liability, guide litigation handling, manage staffing and budgets, and collaborate with partner clubs and brokers to deliver timely, fair resolutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive claims supervisory role.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of litigation experience; SIU experience preferred.
• Professional designations such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex claims.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlement authority.
• Direct multi-shift operations and staffing across states.
• Monitor claims quality and service standards; drive process improvements.
• Manage litigations with internal and external counsel and costs.
