Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims – Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, evaluating coverage questions and providing settlement guidance while coordinating with partner clubs and brokers.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational oversight, and adherence to regulatory requirements across assigned states, with remote work as a core feature.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in handling casualty claims of varying complexity relevant to the adjuster roles supervised.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of filling position.

Mansioni

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex claims.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, settlement authority, and appropriate resolution.
• Directs daily operations across multiple shifts and coverage.
• Ensures compliance with Department of Insurance regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and acts as liaison with brokers.
