Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims – Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, including litigation file handling, while leading operations virtually and coordinating with partner clubs and brokers.

The role emphasizes oversight of investigations, coverage determinations, and effective resource management within a remote, national scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Two or more years of litigation experience, preferably involving SIU claims.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims with adherence to standards.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and appropriate resolution of complex issues.
• Directs daily operations, including workflow, staffing, and coverage across multiple shifts.
• Establishes and monitors performance goals, objectives, and service standards.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards and DOI regulations.
• Participates in committee review processes and supports claims decisions and department operations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and serves as claims liaison for commercial customers and brokers.
