You will manage workflow, ensure compliance, and drive performance while supporting staffing, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across the claims team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a supervisory claims role.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably with SIU claims.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Aufgaben

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Provides guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlements.
• Directs daily operations across multiple shifts and locations.
• Monitors employee performance, goals, and service standards.
• Ensures compliance with DOI regulations and organizational policies.
• Reviews claims quality and customer service performance.
• Manages staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams as a claims liaison for commercial customers.
• Supports enterprise initiatives and process improvements.
• Travels for enterprise meetings and in-person events as needed.
