Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims – Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, provide coverage decisions, and guide settlement authority with leadership and governance over operational processes.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of complex claims experience, supervisory background, and an Adjuster license or plan to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of filling position as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees claims investigations, coverage determinations, and resolutions across multiple states.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters and ensures compliance with DOI regulations.
• Manages staffing, workflow, and service standards across shifts; mentors staff.
• Supports cross-functional initiatives and acts as liaison with clients and brokers for complex claims.
• Directs casualty litigation oversight, including oversight of internal/external counsel and budgets.
• Fosters an inclusive, collaborative culture and travels as needed for role.
