Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims, to lead complex auto and commercial injury claims across states from a remote role. You will supervise the claims lifecycle, guide adjusters, and coordinate with brokers to ensure top-tier service.

The role emphasizes operations and performance management, ensuring compliance and efficient processes while maintaining strong client relationships and oversight of litigation costs.

Formación

• 5+ years in progressively responsible supervisory role within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two+ years of litigation experience, preferably SIU.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims with strong workflow management.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters, reviewing coverage and liability for complex issues.
• Directs daily operations, staffing, and coverage across multiple shifts, up to seven days a week.
• Sets performance goals and service standards aligned with business strategies.
• Monitors claims quality and customer service via QA, surveys, and feedback.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and DOI regulations.
• Participates in Committee Review Processes to support claims decisions and efficiency.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and acts as liaison for commercial customers and brokers.
• Oversees claim investigations and resolution, making coverage determinations for varied complexity.
• Manages litigation oversight with internal and external counsel and cost controls.
