You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigation file handling, across multiple states and provide guidance on coverage and settlement decisions.

The role emphasizes leadership in operations, performance management, and collaboration with partner clubs and brokers to uphold service standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex casualty claims experience.
• Licensed adjuster for applicable states or able to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigations, evaluation, negotiation and resolution of claims across states.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability and settlement authority.
• Direct daily operations including staffing, workflow, and multi-shift coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as liaison with clients and brokers.
